Unless I happen to have extra stock on hand, CDs will be printed to order and shipped in a padded envelope via USPS within one week of order.
The CDs I am selling through HipMix are printed on LightScribe CD-R media and come in either a standard CD Jewel Case or Slimline CD Case, with booklet. If you have a preference for a different case than what's listed on the item's description just let me know and I'll do what I can to accommodate at no charge.
I do not offer refunds but I can send replacements for those damaged by post, including sending MP3 files by email if you prefer.
