Will fit up to 70 Inch hips comfortably, and can cinch down to 35" hips/waist as well. I CAN gather into a smaller waistband if you prefer less bulk at the hip or waist.
4 tiers of fabric gathered into each other, to make an amazing almost 2 full circles of spinning magic skirt!

Skirt is not made from the cheap ultra lightweight tissue cotton that so many skirts are made of. This skirt has weight, and is ULTRA fluffy!
